This week the country has seen top Construction Companies being put in the spotlight . They will pay fines totaling 1.46-billion rand for collusive tendering practices. The Competition Commission initiated the complaint into the collusive conduct in the construction of stadiums for the 2010 Fifa World Cup. But Black Business council is not happy with the fines . To debate this thorny issue , we speak to Trudi Makhaya, Deputy Commissioner of the competition commission , Professor Raymond Parsons, Deputy CEO of Business Unity South Africa (BUSA) and Sandile Zungu ,Spokesperson of the Black Business Council.
