CAPE TOWN - Social Development Minister Bathabile Dlamini is appearing before Parliament's social development committee and the standing committee on public accounts.
On Monday, Dlamini announced that tenders will be issued on Friday for services the Post Office can't provide.
She held a briefing in the Eastern Cape announcing that the deal with the post office was off.
Opposition parties say a plan by Sassa to again outsource grant payments is suspicious.
The Constitutional Court found the current deal with CPS to be illegal and gave the social security agency until March next year to find a new service provider.
