The incident took place as the case was being transferred to the Eastern Cape High Court.

Police have opened a case of attempted murder.

“I wish they can face me, not to send people that I don't know in the darkness, that I won't even be able to see. I'm not scared of dying we are all gonna die it is just a matter of different dates. I don't understand whether they are trying to scare me or they want to kill me,” the witness said.
