PRETORIA - The case against Gauteng's education department has been dismissed.
Two Pretoria schools applied for an interdict to stop the Education MEC Panyaza Lesufi from changing the language policies.

The Overkruin and Montana high schools are unhappy with the move.
Wednesday's ruling upholds last year's Constitutional Court decision.
It ruled in favour of the department, saying language policies set by governing bodies may constitute discrimination based on race.
