Liberation struggle explosion remembered

Pretoria - Relatives of the Church Street bombing have commemorated the thirtieth anniversary of the explosion which killed 19 people and wounded more than 200.

It was one of the largest ANC attacks during the liberation struggle. The target was the old headquarters of the South African Airforce and the bomb went off at rush-hour.

But, not everyone is convinced the ceremony is a good idea.

Watch: eNCA reporter Mia Willemse chats to witnesses and victims of that fateful blast.
