WATCH: Student speaks out about Ramaphosa 'affair'

JOHANNESBURG - Nonhlanhla Radebe, one of the women said to be having an affair with ANC deputy president Cyril Ramaphosa, has spoken out.

She told Kaya FM she had never met Ramaphosa.

Radebe said she was considering her legal options after social media posts linked her to the deputy president.

Radebe is working towards a PhD at the Technische Universität Berlin in Germany.

At the weekend, Ramaphosa failed to stop the Sunday Independent from reporting that he had had numerous affairs with women to whom he had provided financial support.

Ramaphosa denied this, in the Sunday Times, but confirmed having cheated on his wife more than eight years ago. He said his wife knew about this affair.

Ramaphosa has slammed the allegations of his affairs and insisted they will not deter his bid to succeed President Jacob Zuma as ANC president in December.
