WESTONARIA, Johannesburg, 12 June 2018 - Rescue operations will resume this morning at Sibanye-Stillwater's Kloof mine, southwest of Johannesburg. At least three miners are confirmed dead.
An accident occurring at the Sibanye Stillwater Mine occurred at midday on Monday killing three miners. The company's spokesperson Thabisile Phumo says the miners entered an abandoned area of the mine which was poorly ventilated.
