Baby charged with attempted murder

Nine-month-old Musa Khan appeared in court along with his uncle and grandfather after they were charged with stoning officials. His grandfather argued that Musa is barely able to hold his own milk bottle, let alone a stone.

LAHORE - Pakistani authorities have charged a nine-month-old baby with attempted murder.

Little Musa Khan appeared in court along with his uncle and grandfather.

They have been charged with stoning officials who came to disconnect gas connections of householders who had not paid their bills. 

His grandfather has argued that Musa is barely able to hold his own milk bottle, let alone a stone.

He has been released on interim bail and has to appear in court next week.
