Three suspects in Joala murder case to apply for bail

JOHANNESBURG - The three suspects arrested in connection with the assassination of Rand Water executive, Tebogo Joala, and his bodyguard are today applying for bail.

The trio are accused of pre-meditated murder, murder and attempted murder.

At this stage, four people have been arrested in connection with the shooting.

The first suspect was apprehended in early March.

Authorities have not ruled out more arrests.

Joala and his bodyguard were killed during a school donation event on the 29th of January.
