CAPE TOWN - Many South African companies are using software-as-a-service tools, like MS Outlook and Teams.

This is where the application is hosted by a provider and services provided to end users.

But, the services can be disrupted, as happened with the wave of recent cable breaks off the West African coast.

Escrowsure says while there are risks, it will eventually be adopted by everyone.
