JOHANNESBURG - The DA in Gauteng says former Health MEC Qedani Mahlangu is arrogant.

Jack Bloom says he’s appalled by how Mahlangu is responding to the Esidimeni arbitration.

The former MEC says she’ll only attend the hearings in January.

She says she’s currently in London studying and doesn’t need to be a subpoenaed to testify.

Bloom says it’s unacceptable she’s only available in 2018.
