JOHANNESBURG - Zimbabwe&39;s ruling ZANU-PF party confirmed President Robert Mugabe&39;s wife Grace as the new head of its women&39;s wing at a congress on Saturday.
The move underlined her sudden and swift political rise in the troubled southern African country.
Grace Mugabe&39;s appointment was approved by acclamation to resounding cheers by 12,000 delegates crammed into tent in a parade ground in central Harare.
