JOHANNESBURG - One legal expert sees no way the Constitutional Court will grant Jacob Zuma his rescission bid.
Benedict Phiri says the former President is making a big ask.
On Friday, the Constitutional Court will rule on his application to rescind a contempt of court finding against him.
In July, he filed an urgent application to have his 15-month jail term set aside.
He was found to be in contempt after refusing to appear before the State Capture Inquiry.
Zuma said he would only testify if Deputy Chief Justice Raymond Zondo recused himself.
The former President is out on medical parole after serving just over 2 months in jail.
