Judge Isaac Madondo has dismissed the application brought by Queen Sibongile Dlamini-Zulu to nullify the late King's five other marriages.

Ngubane says such matters should have been resolved in private.

"The image of the Zulu nation…We know it is a big nation, it's being dented by these factions within the Zulu Royal household/family. It was not supposed to go through the court, it could’ve been resolved with the family itself. I wouldn’t say she wasn’t aware all along that she had to challenge this. She’s doing it now because the late king is gone so she wants to protect her rights."
