Numsa rejects unbundling of Eskom

JOHANNESBURG - The National Union of Metalworkers of South Africa says it will "meet Ramaphosa in the streets" over Eskom.

That's after the president announced the unbundling of the power-utility in his State of the Nation Address.

Ramaphosa announced that Eskom would be split into three separate entities.

Eskom is struggling under a massive debt of over R400-billion.
