Racist advert sparks conversations about racial polarisation

JOHANNESBURG - A racist ad campaign run by Clicks sparked conversations about racial polarisation in the country.

Social activist and commentator Sam Beynon was at the forefront of conversations about the subject.

Beynon's post 'Dear racist white South Africans', got everyone talking.

"In the reality is that with the majority of black South Africans, they are still living in poverty, face high levels of unemployment and also face a lot of institutional racism more specifically within corporate South Africa which is predominantly white male-owned and led," Beynon said.
