JOHANNESBURG - The Constitutional Court must decide whether former president Jacob Zuma is in contempt of court.
The Zondo Commission has asked the court to declare Zuma guilty and send him to jail for two years.
Commission Chair Raymond Zondo was irked last week when Zuma failed to appear, even though the apex court had ordered him to do so.
Political analyst Levy Ndou says the Commission must ensure the law comes out supreme.
