JOHANNESBURG - There’s been no end to the drama in the Senzo Meyiwa murder trial.
Defence lawyer Malesela Teffo shocked the court when he withdrew as counsel for accused one to four.
He claims he’s been harassed by the police and state.
Legal expert Zola Majavu says Teffo's handling of the matter is inexcusable.

“If you’re aggrieved or your client is aggrieved there are other processes that you can follow. To accuse the judge is in poor taste," Majavu said.
"You don’t do that as a defense council. What he did is unacceptable and inexcusable. There was no basis for the rant. It was bound to fail from the beginning.”
