JOHANNESBURG - She could be a good manager, even though she's not a health specialist, that's the word from Political Analyst Professor Dirk Kotze on Mmamoloko Kubayi-Ngubane being named acting health minister.
This follows the president placing Health Minister, Zweli Mkhize, on special leave after being implicated in corruption allegations.
Kotze says Kubayi-Ngubane could have been appointed because she can adapt.
