CAPE TOWN - Cape Town's property market activity is recovering ahead of the curve compared to other regions.

It's being fueled in part by the waves of people relocating to the mother city.

The 2021 FNB Property Broker Survey says commercial property sales in the last six months have been much faster compared to the other six metros in South Africa.

It shows entrepreneurs are choosing to set up shop in Cape Town as well.

The survey also indicates that countrywide activity in the commercial property sector saw a decline due to remote working, at the start of the pandemic.
