Capitec's digital banking channels offline

JOHANNESBURG - There’s still no good news if you’re a Capitec client stuck on the bank’s mobile and online platforms.

The bank says it continues to experience an infrastructure problem on its central servers that support its banking channels.

Capitec has apologised for the inconvenience and has encouraged clients to make use of their cards at Capitec ATM machines.

It’s unclear when systems will be back up.
