JOHANNESBURG - All eyes are on Finance Minister Tito Mboweni as he's set to deliver his budget speech on Wednesday afternoon.
South Africans are hoping the Finance Minister won't be increasing taxes this year.
Last year, Value Added Tax was hiked for the first time in years, up to 15 percent, further squeezing wallets.
The Small and medium enterprises will also pay close attention to Mboweni's budget speech.
Eskom is also expected to be the key focus for Mboweni as the power utility has been under financial constraints.
