JOHANNESBURG - South Africa's constrained economy will make it almost impossible for the Finance Minister to deliver a balanced medium-term budget.
Experts have been voicing their opinions ahead of Tito Mboweni's announcement this week.
Economist Owen Nkomo from Inkunzi Wealth Group believes taxpayers are set to carry the biggest load as there's very little to go around.
