JOHANNESBURG - AMCU President, Joseph Mathunjwa, says although unions could not get a R1,000 increase for all three years, the Sibanye-Stillwater gold mine workers were still victorious.
Workers affiliated to AMCU and NUM have accepted the latest offer.
The mining giant will pay a R1,000 increase in the first year, R900 the following year and R750 in the third year.
This brings an end to the three-month long strike.
