JOHANNESBURG - Many of the South Africans who use taxis every day have stories to tell about their experiences.
Thandi Xaba has turned related her encounters taking taxis to work, into a book.
Entitled 'My Taxi Chronicles', the book was borne of her blog "The Chronicles of my Taxidelights".
On her blog, Xaba relates why she published the book, "I love writing and telling people's stories so these taxi episodes aim to entertain readers, and remind them of the beautiful and diverse country we live in, despite the hardships and challenges of life... people remain unique."
"The stories also aim to unveil the everyday conversations people have while commuting and bring light to some of their thoughts and daily dialogues, challenges, mystery and relationship issues."
