JOHANNESBURG - Religious leaders have raised concerns about what they call unfair treatment by government under level 1 lockdown regulations.
Churches are now allowed to host 100 congregants indoors and 200 outside when they hold services.

But, some congregations believe government should prescribe capacity in percentages and not employ a one size fits all method.
