JOHANNESBURG – South African DJ Black Coffee made history as he scooped the BET Best International Act: Africa category.
The awards were held in Los Angeles on Saturday night and the DJ, whose real name is Nkosinathi Maphumulo, beat off competition from seven other African artist to win the accolade.
Fellow South Africans Cassper Nyovest and AKA were nominated for the same award.
