CAPE TOWN - South Africa's first Michelin star chef Jan Hendrik Van der Westhuizen is taking his authentically home-grown cooking on some European travels.
He will be documenting his experiences in a new show for South African viewing.
Jan Hendrik first put South Africa on the culinary map when his restaurant in France, JAN, was awarded a Michelin star just three years after opening.
The travelling food series, also called JAN, will give viewers a delicious glimpse into authentically South African gastronomic delights with a French twist.
