JOHANNESBURG - Renowned chef Lesego Semenya shares his recipes for loved township dishes, each with a unique twist, in his new cookbook.

Dijo - My Food, My Journey describes treats -- from mala Mogodo to ama Kip Kip -- and every dish has a story to tell.

The cookbook, which is going to be released on Tuesday, takes readers through a food journey and a peek into Lesego's life story.
