JOHANNESBURG - With the slow pace of vaccines arriving in the country, South Africans are wondering when it will be their turn.
An Ipsos and World Economic Forum survey shows that 61-percent of South Africans are keen to get the jab.
The number of people saying yes to the vaccine is also gradually growing.
In other parts of the world, South Africans are already getting their jabs.
South Africa’s first talk show host, Felicia Mabuza-Suttle, who’s now based in the United States has received her COVID-19 jab.
Mabuza-Suttle says getting the jab has put her mind at ease.
She hopes South Africa will be able to recover from the perceptions of the country’s variant so that tourism can thrive again.
