JOHANNESBURG - US-born musician Harrison Crump is promoting his latest single in South Africa.
The Chicago native is known for launching fresh new sounds, and getting South Africans jamming on dance floors and his latest single "Me Me" is no exception.
"Just here in South Africa releasing some new singles, "Me Me", and hoping to get some people back on the dance floor again", said Crump.
Crump has worked with several local artists including the late HHP, Thebe and DJ Fresh but he said it is the atmosphere in the country that keeps bringing him back.
"The drawcard could've been the chakalaka or the pap and stuff, the food, the people, you know the atmosphere, the music kind of got me involved. It's very different from Chicago but it had it's own vibe so I am enjoying it."
