JOHANNESBURG - The Competition Commission has referred the price fixing against WBHO to the Competition Tribunal.

The construction giant is accused of colluding with Group Five to fix contracts relating to a link road near Soccer City in Johannesburg.

An investigation has found the two companies agreed on a preferred set of contractual conditions for the tender.

More than 10 Competition Tribunal cases are currently unresolved.

Among them is a case against Group Five, WBHO, Stefanutti Stocks and Basil Read over the construction of 2010 Soccer World Cup stadiums.
