88 more COVID-19 deaths in SA

JOHANNESBURG - The Department of Health reported 88 more COVID-19 deaths in South Africa and a further 1,906 new cases.

The total number of COVID-19 deaths is 16,206.

There have been more than 665,000 positive cases identified, with 594,229 recoveries in SA.

The recovery rate is at 89.3%.
