PRETORIA - Police say the man charged with the rape of two minors, is a parolee who's served time for a previous rape case.
The 45-year-old man appeared in court on Monday for the rape and kidnapping of the two girls aged 11 and 13.

He was confronted by staff in a Pretoria hotel after they heard children screaming in his room.
