Disgruntled Action SA members take to the streets

JOHANNESBURG - Disgruntled Action SA members have taken to the streets in protest against leader, Herman Mashaba.

It is alleged there are factions within the party with reports of clashes between Mashaba and former provincial leader Makhosi Khoza.

Party members are threatening to take the matter to court.

They protested outside the Johannesburg City Council sitting on Thursday.

Action SA's Mandla Niyacela said: "Action SA is being run like some cult organisation by Herman Mashaba, hands off Makhosi Khoza we are in solidarity with her. She is not a spy.

"She is stood against the ANC everyone saw that. We're all watching. Khoza has the interest of this country at heart."
