JOHANNESBURG - ANC staffers are taking the party's top leadership to court.
In leaked draft court documents, seen by eNCA, they accused the top six of unlawfully expropriating UIF and medical aid funds from their salaries.
Last week, ANC staffers went on strike over non-payment of salaries.

The workers will be represented by Advocate Dali Mpofu.
Court papers are expected to be filed by midday.
The party did not pay staff on time. In July, they were not paid at all.
The ANC admitted has admitted it has financial problems but promised to solve them.
