BLOEMFONTEIN - ANC Secretary-General, Ace Magashule is blaming his legal woes on alleged spies within the party.
Magashule says people are trying to divide the organisation.
"The ANC has been infiltrated, there are those that have been co-opted because even during apartheid they were working with the apartheid agents," Magashule said.
"In a revolution, there is counter-revolution."
Magashule is facing 21 fraud, corruption and money laundering charges around the R255-million Free State asbestos project.
Magashule was released on R200,000 bail by the Bloemfontein Magistrate's Court.
The former Free State premier is expected back in court in February next year.
