Public Enterprises Minister, Pravin Gordhan, is taking Public Protector, Busisiwe Mkhwebane's findings on review.
JOHANNESBURG - An ANC member has reportedly asked for a probe into the conduct of former Public Enterprises Minister, Pravin Gordhan by the party's Integrity Commission.
Gordhan is taking Public Protector, Busisiwe Mkhwebane to court after she found that he broke the rules when serving as SARS commissioner.
Mkhwebane found Gordhan guilty of improper conduct relating to an early retirement deal for former Sars Deputy Commissioner, Ivan Pillay.
Pule Mabe, the ANC's national spokesperson, stated the governing party is not aware of an official complaint against the former minister.
Mabe further stated the ANC NEC would be responsible for dealing with the issue.
