ANC: The vaccine will be prioritised

JOHANNESBURG - The vaccine is a top priority for the African National Congress, according to NEC member, Enoch Godongwana. 

He says that despite the country's challenges, the vaccine will be prioritised above all else.

"The challenges themselves are also mounting, one of the challenges we are confronted with is the vaccine, which we have agreed in the meeting that we have got to prioritise the vaccine over and above anything else," he said.

South Africa is expecting the first batch of Covid-19 vaccines to arrive on Monday.
