Millions paid to ANC Top Six: Agrizzi

Former Bosasa executive Angelo Agrizzi explains the strategy the controversial company followed in capturing the state and the ANC.

JOHANNESBURG - Former Bosasa COO Angelo Agrizzi continued to spill the beans on the company's operations.

Agrizzi returned to the Zondo Commission for his tenth day of evidence.

He's told the state capture inquiry that Bosasa donated R10-million to R12-million to the ANC's Top Six.

Agrizzi also testified about a war room set up to promote the ANC during elections.

He claims the war room was used for former president Jacob Zuma ahead of the 2012 ANC Mangaung conference.

He says the company acted on the instructions of Environmental Affairs Minister Nomvula Mokonyane.

Agrizzi also told the state capture inquiry he's at risk because his ex-bosses are so well-connected.

His witness protection has been escalated after he received a warning call and a poison letter in isiZulu was left on his windscreen.
