JOHANNESBURG - Student activist Anke Spies says racism has been normalised at Stellenbosch University.
She was speaking after a white student was filmed urinating on a black student's belongings.

The white student has since been suspended and criminal charges have been laid against him.
Spies says the university needs to be held accountable for allowing racism to flourish.
