JOHANNESBURG - Capitec and First National Bank have been rated as South Africa’s best digital banks.
InSites Consulting’s SITEisfaction report is an annual measure of customer satisfaction with digital banking services in South Africa.
It rates each banking institution with a SITEisfaction score from -100 (worst possible experience) to +100 (best possible experience).
Capitec and FNB both netted scores of 79.
Nedbank (65), Standard Bank (59) and Absa (56) complete the major banks' field.
Market research agency Columinate says the rating is measured for both internet banking via a web browser and smartphone app banking.
