DURBAN - Police Minister Bheki Cele says law enforcement will have the last laugh.
He has revealed an ambitious operation to tackle crime.
The streets of South Africa will now be flooded with blue lights during patrols.
Community patrollers will also be out in full force during the day to aid police officers.
