JOHANNESBURG - The Civil Aviation Authority has grounded CemAir.
It says it has suspended the airline's air operator certificates with immediate effect.
The regulator says it's concerned about a systemic failure to maintain the airline's fleet.
It says the most recent audit shows the carrier's inability to prove the airworthiness of its aircraft.
The aviation authority initially grounded CemAir's aircraft on 24 December.
