JOHANNESBURG - Chaos has once again erupted in the Tshwane Council chambers.
The EFF and ANC have walked out of a council meeting bringing no-confidence motions against the metro's leadership.
The Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs Department says the city should be placed under administration if it doesn't get its house in order.
The EFF and ANC are attempting to remove mayor Stevens Mokgalapa and speaker Katlego Mathebe and a host of other officials through fresh no-confidence motions.
In December, the High Court in Pretoria granted the DA an application for a review of Mokgalapa and Mathebe's removal.
