On Sunday, Minister of Police Bheki Cele attended the memorial service of a policeman who was killed in Delft, last weekend.

Constable Songezo Ketiwe was shot dead while on patrol and two of his colleagues were seriously injured.

The attack came just days after the army's deployment to Cape Flats suburbs.
