WESTVILLE - Students at the University of KwaZulu-Natal’s Westville campus students are accusing management of not meeting their demands.
Classes were disrupted earlier on Monday after a violent protest broke out over placement policy, academic exclusions and WiFi.
Some students have been arrested.
Students claim they have been trying to engage with management since last semester around issues like accommodation.
Protests reportedly began on Sunday but began drawing attention as some classes were disrupted and protestors were arrested.
