JOHANNESBURG - Clicks is withdrawing its Digital Pregnancy Test from the shelves after it gave false positives.
The Clicks home pregnancy test kits showed a positive indicator when exposed to ordinary tap water.
The same product was recalled in the United Kingdom a month ago.
The Pretoria-based manufacturer was unaware of the recall until it saw reports that the tests gave false-positive readings.
