JOHANNESBURG - The Monkeypox virus may be mutating.

This has got medical experts worried.

Over 80 cases have been detected in 15 countries in Europe and the US and Australia.

The virus is most common in West Africa.

It normally does not spread easily between people and rarely crosses continents.

Editor's Note: This is a developing story, the numbers maybe updated as and when new information is available.
