Coronavirus in SA: Quarantine facilities identified

JOHANNESBURG - Health Minister, Zweli Mkhize, believes the government is close to finding quarantine facilities for South Africans who will be repatriated from Wuhan.

He says the government has been consulting with the hospitality industry, looking at hotels, resorts and game reserves.

Up to 151, South Africans will have to be quarantined there for 21 days.

Mkhize says none of the affected individuals has been diagnosed with the coronavirus.

He says each quarantine facility will have strict security measures backed up by the military.
